LOCATION
BTown VBC practices in Wilkinson Hall, the 20 million dollar home of the Indiana University women's volleyball team! Our venue is equipped with state of the art lighting, climate control, and teraflex floors. The 3 court facility has ample seating and parking, as well as public wifi.

SCHEDULE
Practice
Teams will practice 3 times a week:
Monday, Wednesday, and Sunday.
12s-15s practice 5-7pm, and 16s-18s practice 7-9pm.

** On tournament weekends, teams will not practice on Sunday night. **
Tournaments
The 2024 proposed tournament schedule is located on the tournament schedule tab. Our goal is to attend around 7 high level tournaments, around 16 play dates a year, while always operating under a 3-4 hour drive maximum. We strive to provide even event spacing throughout the season. ​
CLUB COST
Payment Options
1. Pay in Full: Club dues may be paid in full via cash, card, or check. Dues completed upon commitment night will receive a 5% discount.

2. Payment Plan: Club dues will be split into 3 equal payments. First payment is due upon commitment, second payment is due October 2nd, 2023, and third payment is due November 6th, 2023.
Roster and Playing Time
Our goal roster size is 10-11 players per team. Every team's journey is different. Playing time will be dependent upon factors like depth of positions and tournament strength. Our coaches will be strategic in weighing these factors when creating lineups. As the season develops, we will play lineups that will give our teams the best chance to compete and win events. Playing time will not always be equal, however it’s our goal to give game experience to all rostered athletes. If advancing in the event is no longer possible, playing time will be distributed more evenly.
2023 Dues Per Age
12s/18s = $1650
13s/14s/15s/16s/17s = $2650
Additional Tournament Fee
An Additional Tournament Fee will be divided by the number of players on the team--this fee is in addition to dues.
