LOCATION
BTown VBC practices in Wilkinson Hall, the home of the Indiana University women's volleyball team! Our venue is equipped with state of the art lighting, climate control, and teraflex floors. The 3 court facility has ample seating and parking, as well as public wifi.
SCHEDULE
Practice
Teams will practice 3 times a week:
Monday, Wednesday, and Sunday.
The youngest 3-5 teams will practice from 5-7 pm and the oldest 3-5 teams will practice from 7-9 pm.
Practice dates/times may vary due to Indiana University athletics schedule. Please see the Club Calendar tab for the most up to date practice schedule.
Tournaments
The 2026 proposed tournament schedule is located on the tournament schedule tab. Please note that tournaments are tentatively scheduled until we gain acceptance into the event.
Our goal is to attend 8 high level tournaments in Indiana and surrounding states, which ends up being around 17 play dates a year. All tournaments are under a 3-4 hour drive from Bloomington, IN. We strive to provide even event spacing throughout the season. Athletes interested in competing at the collegiate level can expect to attend multiple highly recruited events.

Payment Options
1. Pay in Full: Club dues may be paid in full via cash, card, or check. Dues completed upon commitment night will receive a 5% discount.
2. Payment Plan: Club dues will be split into 3 equal payments. First payment is due upon commitment, second payment is due October 6th, 2025, and third payment is due November 3rd, 2025.
Additional Tournament Fee
An Additional Tournament Fee will be divided by the number of players on the team--this fee is in addition to dues.

For an 11 player roster, additional tournament fees will be around $300 for 13s-14s and $500 for 15s-17s

Because additional tournament fees are based off of roster number, this total due will be finalized once the roster is complete.

Roster and Playing Time
Our goal roster size is 10-12 players per team. Playing time will be dependent upon factors like skill, effort, depth at the position, and tournament strength. Our coaches and directors will be strategic in weighing these factors when creating lineups.
Playing time in practice will be equal. At tournaments we will play lineups that will give our teams the best chance to compete in and win events, therefore playing time will not always be equal. When winning the tournament is no longer possible, playing time will be distributed more evenly.
